Return & Refund Policy

At Janzvibe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchases. We understand that sometimes products may not be the perfect fit, so we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

Returns:

  • You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.
  • You'll need the original receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at janzvibe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product at your own expense. We kindly request that you ship the product back using a reliable courier service with tracking information.
  3. Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Exceptions:

  • We cannot accept returns for used or opened skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
  • Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Damages and Issues:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at janzvibe@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you and ensure you receive the correct product or arrange for a replacement. If replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within ten (10) business days.  
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
  • Please note that processing times for banks and credit card companies may vary.
