Return & Refund Policy
At Janzvibe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchases. We understand that sometimes products may not be the perfect fit, so we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the following conditions:
Returns:
- You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags attached.
- You'll need the original receipt or proof of purchase for your return to be processed.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at janzvibe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product at your own expense. We kindly request that you ship the product back using a reliable courier service with tracking information.
- Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns for used or opened skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
- Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at janzvibe@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you and ensure you receive the correct product or arrange for a replacement. If replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within ten (10) business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
- Please note that processing times for banks and credit card companies may vary.
